We added this pool deck & roof to this 30' Oasis semi in-ground pool.
We also added a bridge to the new deck as well as a 12' x 12' lean to roof.
This pool deck features three triple beams and joists that are spaced 12" on center. This deck exceeds the building requirements so that it can be enjoyed for many years to come. Everything we build is built to last... we don't build just based on the minimum requirements. We love seeing the opportunity to improve upon anything we build.
We also added a Veranda vinyl rail with black metal balusters all the way around the deck.
We plan to finish this project in spring 2023 adding the gray and black vinyl Trex decking along with vinyl column wraps for the lean-to roof. We will also add vinyl Veranda gates and locks so the pool area is secured. Finally we will finish by adding string lights all across the deck, some LED post lights, then add river rock around the pool.
